Born and raised in Manly on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Archer has become accustomed to many different types of waves.

Growing up he found a love for riding alternative craft. Always finding joy in seeking and pushing the limits of different boards in a variety of waves.

Introduced into Rhino Laminating by his mate Harry, Archer began his journey in the surf industry.

Starting out as a shop grom Juan Twycross gave him a chance teaching him many skills such as sanding and polishing. He now operates Rhino's CNC machine working with some of the worlds best shapers; Simon Anderson, Greg Webber, Mike Psillakis, Chris Vontak, Steve O'Donnell and many more.

Archer integrates modern CAD software and hand finishing into his boards to produce simple and functional surfboards. Archer's designs are inspired by 70's & 80's surf & culture.
